At this practice, photo-activated disinfection is available for certain dental treatments.
Tolonium chloride solution is placed onto the decayed surface of the tooth. It is allowed to attach to bacterial cell walls for 1 to 1 and a half minutes, and a laser light is delivered which destroys the bacteria. This process is painless and safe.
